EMERGENCY INFORMATION
In the event of an emergency, or water service interruption, The Upper Hanover Authority (TUHA) office should be contacted at 215-679-3129. After business hours, calling the office number will direct you with the "On Call" employee phone number who can help address your problem. Any time there is a noticeable amount of water coming to the surface of a street or yard, or you suspect that there may be a main break or leak, the Authority should be notified.

If a water main break occurs in your neighborhood, TUHA operators work quickly to make repairs and restore water service. Due to the urgency repairing a main break, it may not be possible to notify customers of short interruptions in their water service. The Authority has an automated system to alert customers of any interruptions, or quality of water issues.
