Please include your remittance stub from your bill or include your customer number on your check. Please write your check using blue or black ink. If you need to submit a post-dated check, please contact our office at 215-679-3129 for pre-authorization and assistance.

In Person
The Upper Hanover Authority accepts CASH, CHECKS, and MONEY ORDERS in the office located at 1704 Pillsbury Road, East Greenville PA 18041. If you are unable to make the payment during business hours, a dropbox is located outside the door that is checked ONE time every morning.
Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

A fee is charged by the processing company. Please see the table below for fees.
You will be asked for your Water/Sewer Account Number so please have that information available.
